$240 per hour for a standard consultation or therapy session (available on Saturdays)

A formal referral is not required to arrange an appointment with us. If you want to claim a Medicare rebate for your session, you will need a referral letter and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your General Practitioner (GP), paediatrician or psychiatrist.

Medicare rebates

Medicare card holders with a Mental Health Care Plan are entitled to a rebate of $98.95 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Sessions are paid in full on the day of your appointment and we could process your rebate to your nominated Medicare bank account.

NDIS

We can provide therapeutic supports under the line item ‘Improved Daily Living’ in the Capacity Building category. Please check that your NDIS Plan covers this line item to access the service.​

NDIS (Plan-Managed) - We can directly bill to your plan manager.

NDIS (Self-Managed) - Clients are required to pay the session fee at the day of service and seek reimbursement from their NDIS funding. 

Private Health Insurance

Private Health Insurance rebates may be available subject to your level of cover. Please check with your private health insurer to determine your eligibility. If you are eligible for a private rebate you will need to submit your paid invoice to your fund directly.
